Stephen Colbert gleefully takes a Trump rally clip out of context

Moments from Donald Trump rallies often make little sense even when placed in context, so you can imagine what they're like when all context is removed.

During his Late Show monologue on Monday, host Stephen Colbert played a clip from Trump's Friday rally in Reno, Nevada, with the warning that "this next clip seems out of context, but let me assure you, there is no context."

"I did three of them today," says Trump in the footage. "I did a little one, a little tiny one [...] and then I did a really big one. I did a big one. And then I did this one. And I'm still raring to go."

Colbert's response is to play that clip over and over, each time asking the audience to imagine Trump is talking about something different. "Let's watch it again," says the late night show host, "and just for fun, let's imagine that he's talking about poop."

It works disturbingly well.
