Academy Award nominee Stephanie Hsu (Everything Everywhere All at Once, Poker Face) and Zosia Mamet (Girls, The Decameron) team up in Peacock's upcoming comedy series Laid.

The series follows Ruby (Hsu), a woman who discovers her past lovers are dying in mysterious ways. What's a girl to do? If you're Ruby, you go back through your sex timeline in order to get to the bottom of things.

In Laid's first teaser, we meet Ruby, her friend (and co-investigator) AJ (Mamet), and some of her exes, played by the likes of Brandon Perea (Nope, Twisters), Finneas O'Connell (Turning Red), and John Early (Stress Positions).

Laid premieres Dec. 19 on Peacock.
